The Di Martino Group conducts its business with loyalty and transparency, in full compliance with laws and regulations, as well as the applicable standards and guidelines.
Accordingly, it adopts tools designed to prevent and report unlawful conduct and/or actions carried out in violation of the ethical principles promoted and upheld by the Group.
For this reason, the Di Martino Group encourages its legal representatives, directors, managers, and employees, as well as all other third parties who interact with the Group, to report any violations they become aware of through the Whistleblowing Reporting System. This is an advanced web platform, accessible from any device and also usable anonymously, separate from the Group’s IT systems as it is hosted on an independent server. It enables users to submit reports in a highly confidential and streamlined manner, while ensuring high standards of security and protection for both the whistleblower and the individual reported.
The Whistleblowing Reporting System is also compliant with the regulatory provisions set out in Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, EU Directive 2019/1937, and Legislative Decree of 10 March 2023, n. 24.
